    Job Description

    • Gather, review and process documents; record the arising accounting operations into the accounting software and complete the vouchers.
    • Making a spreadsheet of depreciation of fixed assets and CCDC expenses; allocating depreciation and CCDC expenses;
    • Declare social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and labor insurance to pay when incurred.
    • Proposing cost optimization options
    • Monthly accounting and declaration of VAT and PIT, balance - propose amounts payable to the state budget. Prepare annual financial statements, finalize annual CIT and PIT.
    • Prepare reports when required
    • Organize the storage and preservation of vouchers, books, accounting documents, and accounting reports safely and securely.
    • Support other tasks of the accounting department
