Job Description

Verify the validity of the input invoice and enter it into the input software.
Enter and track your bank balance, and obtain monthly statements.
Review payment records and create payment orders, prepare debt acknowledgment documents (most orders are processed online).
Monitor and manage accounts payable, and reconcile accounts payable periodically with suppliers.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly accounts receivable reports as required by management.
Prepare VAT tax returns and other reports as required by law.
Pay VAT, personal income tax, and corporate income tax (if applicable).
Prepare quarterly financial reports for financial institutions, provide required documentation…
Coordinate with relevant departments (HR, operations, sales, etc.)
Store and organize accounting documents in a systematic and compliant manner.
