Job description
1. Purchasing Management:
Develop strategies and plans for purchasing raw materials, packaging, and accessories for production.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery times with suppliers (priority given to domestic and Chinese suppliers).
Maintain relationships with current suppliers and develop new suppliers with competitive quality and price.
Control purchase orders, track progress and handle problems (missing items, errors, delays).
2. Logistics Warehouse Management:
Manage warehouse of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products (3PL if available).
Organize scientific import and export activities, comply with 5S, FIFO, control defective/expired goods.
Coordinate domestic and international transportation (booking, import and export documents if any).
Coordinate with production and planning departments to ensure stable flow of raw materials and optimize logistics costs.
3. Team & system management:
Build SOP WI process for each stage related to purchasing, warehouse, logistics.
Train and develop subordinate staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal/customer audit regulations.

University graduate majoring in Supply Chain Management, Import-Export, Logistics, Engineering or related.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the wood, toy, packaging or equivalent industry is preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel,.
Good communication, data analysis, organizational and teamwork skills.
English: communication and reading of emails, documents (if any, not required)
