Reporting directly to the IT Director of PYCO Group and is primarily responsible for providing technical support for projects.
1. Technical Support (Technical Support):
Technical support and system administration on:
- Operating systems MS Windows Server, Linux CentOS, MacOS
- MS Office suite; Applications
- Internet technology
- PC/Laptop Hardware
- Server hardware
Complete periodic checks to ensure that the company's infrastructure is always up and running (Like: backups, AV updates, OS Service Packs; patches, etc.)
Deploy new systems, applications and technologies
Follow IS procedures for IT Service Management methods defined and published by the IS management team.
Manufacturing; update documents including diagrams, documents; Intranet content
2. Project Operation Support (Project Delivery):
Provide feedback; Provide technical guidance to customers on their project requirements
Maintain and update technology knowledge to meet the above requirements
Contribute to the success of providing solutions that meet the above requirements
Ensure documentation is created or updated to reflect any changes or additions to the infrastructure
Collaborate with IS teams worldwide to ensure the success of Service Delivery projects
Maintenance; Support for the Services and their components by agreement and as published in the Service Level Agreement
Contribute to the development and delivery of Service Level Agreements; highlight any areas of concern that may affect the success of service delivery in a timely manner.
Act as part of the IT/IS team to monitor all ITSM processes, provide feedback or suggestions for improvement, Continuity Service Improvement Program, Compliance
***Candidate REQUIREMENTS:
Five years of work experience in similar positions
Experience working on Microsoft, Linux, and macOS operating systems
Has ITIL, ISO27001 . certificates
Communicate in English pretty
Having knowledge of Open Source Software is a plus
