JOB DETAILS: We are looking for a craft workshop guide to lead guests in craft workshops (making medicated oil, painting, pottery, hand embroidery, etc.).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Guide guests to participate in handicraft workshops (making medicated oil, painting, pottery, hand embroidery, etc.).
- Make sure all the necessary materials, tools, and space are ready before the workshop.
- Introduce the process, products, and related cultural/traditional significance.
- Interact with and support customers throughout the practice process, ensuring everyone completes the product.
- Gather feedback and suggestions for improving the workshop experience.
- Ensure the safety of guests throughout the workshop.
- Maintain a professional and friendly image for the brand.
- Report on workshop results (number of participants, feedback, materials used).
REQUEST:- Excellent communication, presentation, and clear presentation skills.
- Friendly, patient, and knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Possesses knowledge or skills in crafts or arts (further training will be provided).
- Knowing a foreign language (basic conversational English) is an advantage.
- Capable of managing small groups (530 guests/session).
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: Management skills, along with problem-solving skills.
To meet the job requirements, knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Support is necessary.
