    work content
    - Plan meeting invitations and conference participation, arrange and manage meetings.
    - Record and distribute meeting minutes.
    - Store documents in both hard and soft copies.
    - Maintain weekly work schedules of employees.
    - Arrange and provide documents and reports.
    -Classify and distribute mail.
    -Handle administrative tasks by creating reports, analyzing data and finding solutions.
    - Reply to messages in the name of the company or assigned department.
    - Work independently and in groups on specific projects, including presentations, emailing or proofreading.

    Job requirements:
    - Understand administrative processes and rules in managing business documents.
    -Proficient in office information tools such as Word, Excel,...
    - Good organizational skills.
    - Problem-solving skills.
    - Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
    - Careful and meticulous in work.
    - Understand the recruitment process (because some companies require administrative staff to support the recruitment process)
    - Personality: Enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, good teamwork spirit, high labor discipline, able to withstand work pressure
