● Recruitment: Coordinate with departments to identify recruitment needs, draft and post recruitment notices, screen CVs, schedule interviews and participate in interviews when necessary.
● Employee profile management: Update, manage and store personnel records according to the system.
● Perform administrative tasks: Support timekeeping, manage working time, handle procedures related to human resources such as labor contracts, insurance, leave.
Job requirements:
● Education: Graduated in human resources management or related major, experience preferred
● Soft skills: Good communication skills, enthusiasm, proactive at work.
● Personality: Dynamic, eager to learn, highly responsible.

Working time:
● From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. (2 Saturdays a month)
