I. Job description: 1. Recruitment - Responsible for collecting recruitment proposals from department heads and project leaders - Posting jobs, reviewing candidate profiles, classifying candidate profiles to Search for suitable candidates for vacancies. - Contact candidates to arrange interview schedules. - Make preliminary reports on candidates, send candidate review results to department heads. - Make contact with third parties in finding suitable and potential candidates. - Build and update a candidate data storage system for future recruitment purposes. - Refer to develop, update and supplement tests and forms related to practical input training to improve work quality. - Participate in the processes of the Administration - Human Resources department regarding recruitment. 2. Labor safety - Identify needs, plan and propose occupational safety and hygiene training, issue certificates, and screen training results for storage and post-training monitoring. - Communicate and supervise the implementation of labor safety. - Handle and synthesize labor accident cases and send labor accident reports to the Department according to current regulations. 3. Labor contract - Draft and sign training contracts, probationary contracts, labor contracts (with a commitment to information security) for new and renewed personnel. - Monitor, store and manage contracts. - Carry out procedures for new and retiring personnel. 4. Internal communication - Participate in developing corporate culture handbook, code of conduct and Company policies.
- Organize internal events (festivals, year-end parties, birthdays, tours,...) 5. Other tasks - Responsible for visa procedures and work permits of foreign personnel. - Participate in existing processes to improve the quality of the department's work. - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.III. Candidate requirements: - University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related fields. - At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position; Priority is given to candidates with experience working in companies with more than 100 employees and experience in recruitment and internal communications; - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) - Good communication skills, able to negotiate, start conversations and discuss work with candidates; - Proactive attitude at work, honest, enthusiastic and dynamic; - Ability to pay attention to details and accuracy, carefulness and thoughtfulness in work; - Able to work effectively in a high pressure environment; - Ability to travel to projects.
