- Post recruitment ads, screen resumes, contact candidates
- Arrange the interview schedule in accordance with the Board of Directors' schedule
- Monitor and update candidates' personnel records
- Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
- Having experience in a similar position is an advantage
