- Develop recruitment plans, build and adjust effective human resource recruitment processes to meet the Company's human resource needs.
- Implement recruitment plan
· Coordinate with departments to adjust/complete job descriptions for related positions
· Select recruitment channels and post job advertisements
· Receiving and screening candidate applications
· Contact (phone & email) with qualified candidates to inform interview plans (time, location, interviewer...)
· Contact manager to confirm interview schedule; organize interviews
· Negotiate and discuss remuneration and working conditions with successful candidates and send job offers. Accept new employees.
· Complete documents, procedures and official probation or work contracts.
· Prepare physical facilities and working positions for new employees
· Train new employees on working regulations, rights, obligations, company culture...
· Coordinate with manager/head of department in charge to organize probationary evaluation.

· Carry out leave assessments, coordinate with the accounting department and related departments to complete procedures for departing employees.
