RECRUITING TO REPLACE EMPLOYEES ON 6-MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE, CAN WORK FROM June 15, 2024
1. Human Resources/ Personnel: (40%)
- Recruitment support: post jobs, filter candidates, arrange interview schedules, collect candidate profiles, cultural interviews
- In charge of the entire welcoming process and organizing training for new employees
- Responsible for the entire process related to the mandatory Social Insurance regime as well as other insurance benefits of the company.
- Implement and manage employee records: employee records, labor contracts, contract appendices, decisions on resignation, transfer, ....
- Internal communication, building and developing company culture
- Check and remind employees about compliance with rules and appearance standards
- Support the payroll department in preparing and checking monthly timesheets.
- Make reports to state agencies as required.
2. Administration (50%)
- Monitor monthly payment of expenses to suppliers
- Organize and schedule meetings as required
- Business trip management: book airline tickets, hotels,... for all departments.
- Organize all employee engagement activities, including internal parties and events.
- Draft official dispatches and documents as required.
- Manage paperwork, archives and records, and the Company's seal
3. Do other jobs as requested by the manager and the company (10%)
