- Planning recruitment, searching for candidates and organizing recruitment interviews according to the proposal from the approved departments/managing
- Send email invitation for interview, job offer letter. Implement new staffing procedures.
- Understand current popular recruitment channels (Top CV, Jobbgo, Career Builder...), choose the appropriate recruitment channel for each position.
- Manage employee's profile and profile: Update, arrange, store records according to regulations
- Drafting, photocopying, preserving documents, official documents under the assigned work.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director
