1. Specific tasks:

- Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly. Prepare a number of documents related to the work of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Make a list of employees who must pay income tax, write personal income tax receipts for employees (if any).
- Proposing to develop policies, welfare regimes, policies on salary, reward, regulations, regulations, ... of the Enterprise.
- Update the provisions of the law on regimes, policies, and salaries to promptly supplement and amend the Company's regimes and policies in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Receive and answer questions about employees' regimes and policies.
- Complete the regimes and procedures for receiving, transferring, appointing, adjusting income, resigning employees according to regulations.
2. Job Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent. Graduated in Human Resource Management, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Proficient in office computer (Exel, Word, Google Lookup).
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Law on Social Insurance, PIT Law.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, eager to learn. Long-term attachment.
3. Working conditions:
- Number of working days in a month: 24 - 26 days;
- Working time 8 hours / 1 day;
