Receive recruitment needs from departments, plan and organize recruitment work.
Find candidates through channels: Facebook, TopCV, LinkedIn, brokerage community...
Screening applications, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and conducting interviews.
Coordinate with department managers to organize interviews, evaluate candidates; summarize results and notify successful candidates.
Assist in onboarding new employees, monitor probationary periods and coordinate performance reviews.
Perform recruitment reports and other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Male/Female 20 years of age or older.
Graduated from High School/College/University majoring in: Human Resources Management, Business, Communications,
No experience required, training will be provided (priority given to candidates with experience in similar positions)
Proficient in office software and effective use of online recruitment channels (website, social networks, job posting sites).
Proactive, dynamic, able to handle situations quickly and inspiring
Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and coordinate well in a team; able to withstand work pressure.
INTEREST:
Fixed salary: 7 - 10 million/month and (with separate marketing cost support)
Commission + Bonus if recruitment exceeds target
