- Job details:
- Administration: Managing office supplies and equipment, drafting documents, preparing probationary contracts and proposing salary increases for employees, and other related administrative tasks.
- Human Resources: Posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Timekeeping, payroll calculation, tracking annual leave, preparing payment and receipt vouchers, handling social insurance and other labor procedures as required.
- Storage: Organize employment contracts and personnel files systematically.
- Specific job details will be discussed and instructions provided immediately upon hiring (Training will be provided).
- Requirements for candidates:
Graduated from college/university with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax.
- Quick-witted, careful, honest, and possessing good communication skills.
