1. JOB DESCRIPTION (Daily tasks)
Delivery and pickup: Receive goods at the warehouse, deliver to customers (within/outside Ho Chi Minh City, District 12, Dong Nai and surrounding areas). Receive customer goods back to the company according to assigned routes.
Goods Control & Documentation: Check quantity and packaging condition; enter the list of goods for shipment.
Ensure operations: Complete the assigned order schedule and capacity, and pick up goods immediately upon request, without any delays whatsoever.
Financial responsibility: Collect payment for goods (if any) and hand it over to the company in full and accurately on the same day.
Storage: Ensure the goods are completely safe, undamaged, and without loss throughout the transportation process.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Requirements: Male, under 35 years old, high school graduate, owns a motorbike and smartphone, good health.
Skills: Proficient in computer use. Honest and careful in data entry and goods delivery.
Customer care: * Be a good listener and provide complete answers to customer questions on the spot.
Always be friendly and polite to customers ("Yes/Okay", "Thank you/Sorry").
3. INCOME & BENEFITS
Total income: 11,000,000 VND - 13,000,000 VND/month.
Structure: Salary subject to insurance contributions (7 million VND) + Overtime allowance + Performance bonus (KPI).
