    Job Description

    • Plan and propose the implementation of periodic or ad hoc inspection and monitoring activities on the service quality of the team of collaborators;
    • Develop working processes and customer communication scenarios; update information to ensure working processes and scenarios are consistent with customer care requirements in each period;
    • Monitor and synthesize issues, record customer complaints/grievances/feedback on service quality from different channels (call center, social media channels, business units, other specialized departments);
    • Conduct analysis and report quality assessment weekly/monthly.

    Candidate requirements

    • Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
    • Can move to work outside the market, Hanoi area;
    • Systemic thinking, logic, good critical thinking and communication skills;
    • Have knowledge of quality management (ISO, SLA, Lean 6 Sigma, 5S...);
    • Be proactive at work;
    • Adaptable to the environment and nature of work;
    • Have personal laptop.
