- Receive documents, drawings, check and study records, drawings
- Extract volume and calculate estimated unit price, continuously update market unit price
- Searching, contacting material suppliers, in order to serve effective estimates
- Actively coordinate with other departments to complete the work
- Prepare and complete detailed quotation documents for the project
- Searching for subcontractors to get subcontractor quotes.
- Updating and deploying detailed design drawings, construction drawings, making processing contracts with subcontractors.
- Carry out the work of contract documents, arising items and settlement and payment with subcontractors.
- Deploy sample making as required for approval.
- Understanding of furniture manufacturing process and construction practices
- Make purchasing plans based on the needs of the project, the departments and the requirements from the Board of Directors.
- Proposing suppliers/subcontractors, planning to find new/existing suppliers (NCC)/subcontractors (TP) that match the company's requirements according to appropriate criteria, quality, price both, progress and other criteria.
- Negotiate the price and terms of the contract in accordance with the company's requirements. Prepare and submit NCC/ TP contract for signing. Manage NCC/TP debt, payment proposal and finalization.
- Make project cost estimates based on volume from parts sent back and unit price/ NCC contract/ Subcontractor.
- Monitor progress, quality and quantity of supply, supervise and urge the correct implementation of the signed contract.
- Control the import and export process, inventory of goods to the construction site, to the warehouse.
- Manage equipment and assets under the management responsibility of the materials department
- Save books, contracts and reports according to the regulations of the Board of Directors, the financial accounting department.
- Monitor and evaluate the purchasing process and propose improvements to the purchasing process.
- Evaluate suppliers and propose changes, find alternative suppliers.
