Research, analyze and evaluate bidding documents;
Preparing Bid Documents: Drafting Bid Documents; Guarantee (in conjunction with the Accounting Department); key personnel; similar contract; Please quote; Equipment catalog; Documents related to equipment procurement: ISO, manufacturer's commitment and related documents of the Bid.
Submit bid documents on muasamcong and store bid documents according to Company regulations;
Monitor and update bidding results;
Drafting negotiations, contracts, BBNT, BBBG, contract liquidation... with the Investor after winning the bid;
Drafting official dispatches, documents... related to the bidding process and project implementation of the Company;
Support other departments to perform tasks related to the bidding process.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superior management.
