- Make follow-up calls to customers after they purchase a vehicle/use the service.
- Reminds you of scheduled maintenance appointments.
- Conduct a customer satisfaction survey (according to company procedures)
- Receiving and processing customer feedback and complaints.
- Enter customer information into the system.
- Coordinate with the technical/sales department to provide customer support.
- Assist in introducing additional services: maintenance, spare parts, etc.
- Prepare periodic customer service reports.

Prioritize:
