Job Description

Rivergate Apartment Company is recruiting OTA customer care staff.
Location: Rivergate Residence Apartment, District 4, Ben Van Don, Ho Chi Minh City
Recruiting unit: Rem Rivergate
Job Description:
- Support check-in for short-term/long-term apartment tenants at Rivergate
- Instruct guests on rules, amenities, and assist with check-in
- Customer care during stay (asking, quickly responding to basic requests)
- Working during office hours at the apartment complex
- Record customer information, daily report to management
Request:
- Good English communication (because most of the customers are foreigners)
- Friendly and hard-working
- Customer service skills are an advantage
- Priority given to candidates with experience in reception, hotels, serviced apartments
- Proactive attitude, know how to handle situations flexibly
Working time:
Office hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Can be off 2 months / 1 time
