- Research the community's favorite trends to select hot topics and build appropriate content
- Monitor comments and feedback from customers on fanpage and tik tok daily
- Posting articles on Fanpage, tiktok, Seeding articles on time.
- Develop plans and write content for the company's digital channels: website, fanpage, social ads...
- Come up with ideas, shooting scripts, and create videos about brands and services for the company, especially Facebook and Tiktok channels..
- Coordinate with the design/video/agency team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of content content.
- Measure, evaluate and report work performance.
- Participate in the idea generation process and develop marketing plans with the team.
