Location: 215 Phan Dang Luu, Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City
Working shift: Flexible rotating shift
Shift 1: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Shift 2: 14:30 22:30
(Work 6 days/week, 1 day off in rotation)
JOB DETAILS- Receive calls to hotline 198 from Viettel customers.
- Consulting and supporting information on telecommunication services: packages, payments, basic techniques,...
- Answer questions, handle complaints and forward to relevant department if necessary.
- Enter information and update on the system.
Request:- High school graduate or higher.
- Voice is pleasant to hear, no lisp, no strong regional accent.
- Basic computer use (typing, software operations).
- Have a progressive spirit, good communication, flexible situation handling.
- No current students accepted.
