Job Description:
- Receive and process information, comments, and answer customer questions over the phone; transfer received information to responsible departments for resolution and monitor the results of that process until completion.
- Proactively call customers according to daily, weekly and monthly work schedule.
- Periodically make a list of phone calls to customers who have used the Spa's services.
- Grasp customer requirements, find out customer expectations for services to give feedback to relevant departments.
- Directly update customer data information to understand customer status.
- Implement other programs and tasks as required by the department head.2. Other tasks
- Self-manage and take responsibility for assigned assets.
- Fully participate in training/coaching programs as prescribed; regularly self-study and improve knowledge and professional skills to complete the job well.
- Report to Superiors when detecting violations of labor regulations, procedures, regulations or other acts that may cause damage to the Company.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Work in shifts as arranged by the Manager:
Shift 1: 9am - 6pm
Shift 2: 10am - 7pm
1 day off per week, not fixed.
Interest:
- Basic salary: 5-7 million + meal allowance 600 thousand + commission + bonus.
