Handling customer inquiries and problems:
- Answer customer questions via phone, email or live chat, provide accurate information about products and services. Assist customers in troubleshooting product problems, provide solutions and guidance to resolve technical issues
Provide information about products and services:
- Provide the Company's product features, specifications and benefits to customers. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction:
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and provide any additional support required
Collaborate with other groups:
- Work closely with Sales & Technical Services teams to effectively address customer needs. Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product enhancements and service improvements
Provide technical support for products:
- Provide technical support to customer services regarding equipment installation, operation or maintenance
- Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team for further assistance
Manage warranty claims and service requests:
- Process warranty claims and service requests according to company policies and procedures. Coordinate with Engineering teams to schedule service appointments and assist with repairs or replacements as needed
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions:
- Record all customer interactions including requests, complaints and resolutions in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of warranty claims, service requests and technical support activities for future reference and analysis
II. Job requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, After Sales Service, Sales Administration, Technical Support, Hospitality or related roles
- Good communication, multitasking time management and problem solving skills.
- Work in a fast paced environment.

Morning shift: 08:30 – 16:30
