Job description

JOB DETAILS:
This job involves consulting, implementing, installing, and supporting software systems for projects, including introductions, user guides, quality testing, and customer training.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consulting, implementing, and installing software systems for projects.
Introducing, guiding, and supporting the use of the software after deployment.
Test the software and ensure system quality during deployment.
Provide training and guidance to customers on using the company's software.
Provide customer support when customers encounter difficulties in operating the software.

REQUEST:

Graduated from college/university with a major in Information Technology or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of working independently and completing tasks on schedule and efficiently.
Ability to work under high pressure, work in a team, and work independently.
Experience in software deployment is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL Server databases is preferred.
