Resolve customer cases related to airline tickets, including rescheduling, amendments, changes, check-in issues.
Handle customer inquiries/complaints regarding refund status/airline information (online check-in, visas, etc.)
Contact Ground Transport Partner to ensure customer case is resolved
Ensure all cases are resolved within required time frame as per company SOP.
Working 25 days/month
Rotating shift 8 hours/day
Morning shift from 6:00 - 21:00
Night shift from 21:00 - 6:00
(5-6 night shifts/month)
Night shift allowance available
