JOB DETAILS
-Communicate with customers, receive all complaints and questions from customers about products and business services.
-Support customers, find ways to solve problems they encounter.
- Proactively contact customers to collect information about their experiences when using products and services. From there, provide information to the product department to improve and perfect services and products.
-Gifts and incentives for loyal customers and VIP customers on special occasions such as holidays, birthdays, etc.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement advertising campaigns, promotional programs, etc. for loyal customers.
- Propose and implement customer care plans, measure customer satisfaction with products and services. Coordinate with other departments and divisions in the company to propose effective business plans.
