Job Description
ROLE
§ Ensure customer care at the Hospital is carried out in accordance with VISI Group's customer service standards.
§ Ensure customers are welcomed, satisfied and served in accordance with VISI's customer care regulations.
MISSION
§ Receive and handle incoming calls via switchboard, consult and answer customer information and questions via fanpage and directly at the Hospital.
§ Perform customer care, track information and retain customers: remind appointments, follow-up appointments, post-surgery visits, etc.
§ On duty and moving around the areas to guide and support customers at the Hospital according to the assigned schedule.
§ Consulting and answering information related to medical examination and surgery packages for customers.
§ Participate in translating and interpreting for foreign customers or supporting patients who are unable to communicate in the spoken language for examination, translating documents and related records of customers using services at the Hospital (if any).
§ Conduct surveys and report customer satisfaction to the Department Head.
§ Receive, process and record customer complaints and grievances.
§ Provide customer services: support customer profile procedures such as checking documents related to health insurance, CCCD, advance payment records, exemptions, requests for summary or copy of HSBA, administrative and financial procedures... within the scope of the Customer Care Department.
§ Participate in scientific research, propose quality improvements to enhance customer care services at the Hospital.
§ Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head or decided by the Director.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Skills:
§ Requirements: Male/Female
§ Age: 23 to 27 years old
§ Required major: College degree or higher in Tourism, Bachelor's degree in English, English Language, Economics, Business Administration or related majors
§ At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates with experience in the medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare field.
§ Planning skills, teamwork skills, communication and negotiation skills, problem handling and solving.
§ Knowledge of customer care.
