* Responsible for supporting the construction and development of Customer Care Department
* Implement programs to improve the quality of customer care services, programs to improve customer accessibility and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
* The focal point to receive all information about customer complaints, give directions for handling.
* Proactive in solving customer-related problems, including answering information, complaints and offering optimal solutions to satisfy customers.
* Executing activities to expand and develop customer sources for the company and branches nationwide
* Call to take care of all customers who have tried the service from branches across the country, actively switching to customers using the service during the call.
* Store call content on the system and report to direct management of work results.
* Update care results and transfer customers who have switched to use the service for each Clinic.
* Responsible for consulting, providing information about products and services to maintain and persuade existing customers and expand potential customers.
* Responsible for training, direct customer care skills and customer care skills over the phone at the Clinic
