I. SUMMARY
Responsible for welcoming, caring for and guiding customers to introduce the hotel and services of Sea Links City.
II. PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
Ability to grasp customer psychology, advise, answer customer questions, bring satisfaction and comfort to customers.
III. RELATIONSHIP
Report directly to the Head of Reception Department.
IV. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in shifts, as assigned by Manager.
- Use hotel management software.
- Check the forecast table for the number of daily guests (arrivals, departures, and in-house guests).
- Master the price policies and preferential policies of Sea Links City.
- Customer care before arrival, during stay and after leaving the hotel.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments as well as relevant external organizations for the purpose of serving guests.
- Probe, receive and process feedback from customers.
- Timely report customer-related incidents to the direct Manager.
- Make customer-related incident reports and send to relevant departments.
- Gather customer feedback to send to Management/Leadership levels.
- Summarize customer comments weekly and send to all departments.
- Guide visitors to Sea Links City.
- Check customer feedback on websites (Booking.com, tripadvisor, agoda, chudu, hot deal,...) and report to Management for solutions.
- Provide and support information inside and outside Sea Links City when customers request.
- Coordinate and support between employees inside and outside the department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
V. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Number of working days per week: 06 days.
- 01 (one) day off per week as arranged by the Department Head.
- Working hours during the day are as follows:
By shift: 08 hours/day.

VII. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- College or University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Law or Business Administration or equivalent degrees.
- Have at least 01 (one) year of experience.
- Work location: Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan
VIII. OTHER SKILLS
- Ability to organize and train.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient in using computers (Word, Excel).
- Basic foreign language communication.
