| 1. Receive information and questions from merchants (partners) - Receive, process and answer questions from merchants (partners) related to the Company's services/products, promotions, appointments, payments and other issues. - Provide detailed information about the Company's services and products and support merchants in resolving arising problems. 2. Call customer care on page, Zalo - Contact customers by phone or text message on platforms such as page, Zalo to remind appointments, answer questions and provide information about services and product promotions. - Make customer care calls after using products/services, collect feedback and resolve problems if any. 3. Search for customer information in old software -Look up old customer information in customer management software to support resolving customer requests when necessary. - Update customer information into the system to ensure data is always accurate and complete. 4. Control the number of customers and monthly revenue - Check and report the number of customers served. - Track each customer's revenue and total daily revenue, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management. 5. Page management/Page care - Reply to customer messages via page, website, tiktok, zalo - Maintain presence and respond quickly to messages - Support content optimization of articles/script content. 6.
