JOB CONTENT
- Contact customers or company agents to receive bookings and shipment reservation information.
- Make reservations with shipping lines and airlines for shipments via the system or email.
- Send shipment information to relevant parties and track shipment progress (arrival date, departure date, quantity,)
- Regularly update customers and agents on the status of shipments in progress until the goods arrive at the final unloading location.
- Enter order information into the system.
- Answer questions, resolve problems about goods and complaints of customers and agents.
- Support sales staff in consulting and negotiating with customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head, supporting related departments to achieve work efficiency.
