- Working with customers:
+ Call to survey customers and partners about the quality of service when using the company's products/services. Record feedback from customers and partners and report to direct managers.
+ Receive and handle incoming calls from hotline number.
+ Consulting on promotions and discounts to customers.
+ Satisfy customer needs when they use the company's products/services.
+ Can solve difficult problems that customers are facing quickly and effectively.
+ Turn Customers into loyal customers of our Company's products/services.
+ Always proactively visit and care for customers during the process of using products/services in many different forms and means such as texting via social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo or calling directly.

+ Planning and reporting work:

+ Customer service activities will report work daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or ad hoc directly to the Department Head for reporting to superiors.
+ Build and improve call scripts for customers to become more professional.
- Working with Sales Staff at the Branch:
+ Receive and distribute Customer Data from Fanpage, Hotline number to Sales staff of Branches under the Corporation.
+ Distribute Data objectively in the specified order.
- Working with other departments:
+ Coordinate internal control implementation with the Board of Control.
+ Coordinate with the External Affairs Department in Partner Care work. Absolutely keep confidential Customer, Partner information and other information within the Company.
