    Online sales staff: 10 people

    • Job Description:
      • Receive and respond to customer requests via online channels such as website, social networks, email, or messaging apps.
      • Consulting and answering questions about mobile phone products, accessories, and promotions.
      • Manage and update product information, prices and promotions on online sales platforms.
      • Process orders, track deliveries and ensure customers receive products on time.
      • Perform after-sales customer care (reminders about warranty programs, next promotions, care for old customers).
      • Ensure sales and revenue targets are met as planned

    Sales staff at the store: 10 people

    • Job Description:
      • Welcome, advise and support customers directly at the store about mobile phone products, accessories and accompanying services.
      • Introduce and explain features and advantages of phone lines to customers.
      • Support customers to choose products that suit their needs.
      • Perform payment, packaging and delivery of products to customers.
      • Manage and maintain store image, ensure products are always displayed scientifically and neatly.
      • Update and report daily sales to store manager.
