Job Description

Draft, review, and manage candidate profiles in Japanese

Check CV, Japanese proficiency of candidates online - offline
Plan and organize online-offline interviews according to the needs of the client company.
Directly correspond with Japanese and Vietnamese partners as assigned by the company.
Coordinate with departments to notify information about interview schedules, candidate lists, and interview results.
Translate and interpret documents and meetings related to human resources from Vietnamese to Japanese and vice versa
Administrative/office operations and support for recruitment and human resource management activities for the company
Work as directed by the company
