Job description
- Directly at the Building Reception to receive information, feedback, requests from customers (at the Management Board or by phone) and then process or transfer to the related department for processing.
- Receive registration documents from customers, transfer them to the head of the signing committee for approval (registration for construction and repair, transportation of goods in and out, parking registration ...)
- Receipt/transfer of official letters and notices of the Management Board and the Management Board. Maintain records, dispatches, notices as prescribed.
- Deploy, guide customers to use app, momo. Support and help customers within their capacity (check electricity, water, ...)
- Collect all kinds of fees: management fee, electricity, water, gas, internet, telephone, television.... And support customers to pay the collected collection fees. Daily Fund Inventory report.

Detailed Experience/Skills
- Basic communication English
- Communication skills
- Ability to take care of customers
- At least 6 months of experience
- Good looking figure.
- Graduated from high school or higher majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Secretarial Administration and related professions
