JOB DETAILS
- Welcome guests professionally, promptly, politely, gently, communicate with eye contact, smile and correct posture.
- Check reservation information and lead guests to tables.
- Handle cases of customers who have not booked a table or are waiting for a table.
- Maintain and keep all work areas clean to standards.
- Complete assigned opening and closing shifts.
- Answer the telephone as per standard and take reservations or provide information regarding the restaurant or any other services.
- Handle customer complaints tactfully.
- Salary 8,000,000-10,000,000 VND/person + bonus

REQUEST
- Qualification: High school graduate or higher
- Foreign language: Korean or another language is preferred.
