JOB DETAILS: Ensure that blending is carried out in accordance with the regulations in Streamline. Ensure that the operation of the drying oven system, transport system (e.g., conveyors, pipelines), drum suction, VII, boiler operation, pipeline switching and blending are carried out in accordance with the Production Plan and comply with HSSE regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure that the mixing is done in accordance with the regulations in Streamline.
- Ensure that the operation of the drying oven system, transport system (e.g., conveyors, pipelines), drum suction, VII, boiler operation, pipeline switching and mixing is carried out according to the Production Plan and in compliance with HSSE regulations.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure optimal operational performance of mixing equipment and related devices.
- Collaborate with the Testing department to shorten blending time, reduce waste oil, and optimize operational processes.
- The analysis aims to minimize machine changeover time and batch completion time.
- Supervise the team receiving base oils, additives, and finished products from Isotank in accordance with HSSE regulations.
- Conduct daily material requirements checks, ensuring sufficient materials are available in the mixing area before issuing orders.
- Ensure the mixing area adheres to the 5S standard.
REQUEST:- Experience working in operations or engineering, preferably related to blending, bottling, or the oil and gas industry.
- Possesses a strong commitment to professional ethics and company regulations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience using SAP/ERP systems.
- Possesses good English communication skills.
- Working at the Go Dau factory, preference will be given to candidates living near the factory area.
