- Responsible for product development, research, prototype design, problem testing, and follow-up of sample progress during production.
- Supervising producer.
- Deploy a meeting to explain sample goods and arrange a plan to monitor problems arising in the process of making samples.
- Report sample goods, confirm with QC, judge the quality of samples, control arising problems and promptly solve.
- Support colleagues during work.
- Support the development of sample products at the request of superiors and customers when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Experience required for the job :
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Requirements: Experience as a mining technician is an advantage.
- Understand the working mechanism of various machines and production processes.
- Capable of working in a stressful and busy environment.
- Ensure compliance with standards, work principles, and safety rules when operating machinery.
