Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

A leading blow molding manufacturer is looking to add an Engineer to their Design Team in Binh Duong. This individual will be tasked with taking producing 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing. This position will be in a growing department within the company and an excellent opportunity for career experience and advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will take direction from Design leads in both Vietnam and USA.
Information will come internally as well as some directly from customers, particularly local VN customers.
It will be important to timely determine and request any missing information and detail to keep projects moving.
Training will be provided.
Flexibility and creative thinking will be essential to this position.
Candidate will need to be comfortable in a fast paced environment.
Will need to conduct design reviews with relevant managers and programming staff.
Sử Dụng phần mềm solid works để thiết kế khuôn /bộ phận khuôn theo bãng vẽ 3D được cung cấp.
Kiểm tra và yêu cầu các thông tin còn thiếu một cách kịp thời để đảm bảo tiến độ việc thiết kế.
Kiểm tra lại và Làm việc nhóm với bộ phận lập trình và các cấp quản lý về các thông số của chi tiết thiết kế.

YÊU CẦU:

Design experience with Blow Mold or Injection Molding.
Familiarity with Solidworks to design (or similar software).
Familiarity with 2D drawing detail.
Previous experience with CNC machining and/or CNC programming.
Ability to clearly communicate in both Vietnamese and English, spoken and written.
Ability to multitask and adapt to ever changing environment and schedule.
Working knowledge of how to use/read measuring tools – calipers, micrometers and shadowgraph.
Understanding of cutting tools and their geometries.
Kinh nghiệm thiết kế với khuôn thổi hoặc khuôn ép ,dập.
Biết sử dụng Solidworks để thiết kế (hoặc phần mềm tương tự).
Thành thạo với chi tiết bản vẽ 2D.
Có kinh nghiệm về gia công CNC và/hoặc lập trình CNC.
Có khả năng giao tiếp rõ ràng bằng cả tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh (nói và viết).
Khả năng đa nhiệm và thích ứng với môi trường và lịch trình luôn thay đổi.
Có hiểu biết về cách sử dụng/đọc các công cụ đo lường – thước cặp, panme ,shadown graph.
Hiểu biết về dụng cụ cắt và hình dạng của chứng.
