Job Description

- Job details:

Receive customer feedback and forward it to the relevant department.
Manage, track, and update inventory levels of goods and materials accurately and promptly.
Prepare a warehouse release form and verify the validity of the supporting documents before proceeding.
Create Delivery Notes (Dnot) on the app
Check the delivery/receipt record according to the purchase order and sign it.
Retrieve the receipt from the customer.
Submit the report to the Head Office (HO).
Coordinate with the warehouse department to conduct periodic (or unscheduled) inventory checks, handle discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
Compare inventory data between accounting records and actual stock.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient and proper warehouse management.
Maintain inventory accounting records and documents in accordance with regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Job requirements:

Graduated from college or higher with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse accounting (preferably in the IT-Telecommunications, consumer electronics fields; no experience will be trained).
Proficiency in office software, MS Outlook; knowledge of Misa Amis accounting software is an advantage.
Honest, careful, responsible, and possessing good logical thinking skills.
Able to work independently and handle work pressure.
