1. Using software, correctly identify product categories, supplier information, and transport vehicles.
Proficient in using accounting software and DMS systems, with a thorough understanding of product categories, suppliers, and warehouse operations.
2. Order forecasting & ordering
3. Daily Forecast of Supplier Debts and Transportation Charges for the Treasurer: Proactively forecast supplier debts, monitor and summarize incurred transportation charges promptly to inform the Treasurer for timely payment.
4. Receiving returned goods : Proactively compare returned goods with the delivery slip, conduct thorough physical inspection, and accurately and completely enter the data into the software.
5. Entering goods into the DMS system : Compare the delivery note/invoice from the supplier, enter the data into the DMS software completely and accurately, and ensure data consistency.
6. Pricing & Promotion Accounting : Monitor and promptly update price fluctuations and promotional programs from suppliers into the system.
7. Monitoring Food Safety Records : Provide additional food safety records from suppliers, including certificates, commitments, test results, etc., that have expired as notified by the HR department.
8. Inventory & Reporting : Coordinate with the warehouse department to conduct inventory checks and submit monthly reports to the Board of Directors on inventory status, damage, shortages, and items nearing their expiration date.
9. Loading by vehicle : Count and load goods according to the total number of shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
10. Teamwork : Coordinate basic tasks with members of the same department and other departments, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
11. Adherence to rules and discipline : Adherence to working hours, wearing the correct and neat uniform, and readiness to receive assignments.
