    Job Description

    1. JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Market research & trend analysis
    • Stay up to date on skin care trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity in the dermatology industry.
    • Support market data analysis to identify product opportunities and challenges.
    1. Build and implement marketing plan (Brand Plan)
    • Build annual product marketing strategies and plans: Strategy, Positioning, Targeting, Message, Budget, Timeline, Activities
    • Coordinate the development of product messages, marketing strategies, brochures, POSM suitable for target customer groups (dermatologists, pharmacists, consumers).
    • Participate in organizing seminars, scientific conferences, livestreams, workshops and digital media campaigns (social media, KOLs, PR,...).
    1. Image management and brand positioning
    • Ensure consistency in image, messaging and product positioning across all channels.
    • Monitor market feedback to suggest improvements to messaging or product strategy.
    1. Support sales operations and sales team
    • Support product training for Sales / Medical Representatives team.
    • Coordinate with Sales team to implement marketing programs.
    1. Performance tracking & reporting
    • Synthesize sales data, analyze inventory, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
    • Make periodic reports to senior management.

    2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • University graduate majoring in Pharmacy or related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, skin care, health food industry.
    • Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the dermatology and cosmetic market, or who have worked with a dermatologist.
    • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with design software and digital campaign management tools is preferred.
    • Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
