Translate specialized IT documents (Japanese - Vietnamese, Vietnamese - Japanese).
Convey customer requirements correctly and completely to programming engineers and vice versa.
Write emails, chat, meet in person or via TV Conference with Japanese customers to report, communicate or discuss work issues.
Candidate requirements
From 2 years experience in Comtor position
Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher.
Ability to communicate and problem solve well.
Ability to learn and acquire new knowledge well, carefully and thoughtfully.
Priority is given to those with IT knowledge.
Experience in testing is preferred.
