Job Description:
- Accurately translate and convey project requirements, documents, and Q&A from Japanese customers to the development team.
- Participate and interpret directly in meetings between Japanese customers and the development team.
- Support project progress and schedule management; make periodic reports to Japanese customers.
- Work closely with BrSE and Team Lead to ensure project information is communicated clearly and transparently.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

Candidate requirements:
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, good in all four skills.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working as an IT Comtor in software development projects
software or IT systems.
- Good communication skills, ability to convey and receive information quickly and accurately.
- Have cooperative spirit and teamwork skills.
- Progressive thinking, ability to self-study and quickly absorb new knowledge about software development process, technology or system operations.
Pros:
