- Use live chat to answer customer questions about products in English.
-Working time will be divided into shifts (4 hours/shift) and no more than 2 shifts per day: remote shift A (from 3:30 am to 7:30 am), shift B at the company (8 am to 12 pm), shift C at the company (from 1:15 pm to 5:15 pm), remote shift D (from 6 pm to 10 pm), remote shift E (from 11 pm to 3 am).
- The number of working shifts will be flexible and assigned by the team leader. Divide shifts appropriately to ensure health. Each week, work 5.5 days.
- Trained to understand the product at the company office during office hours from Monday to Friday (expected to last 3 weeks - 1 month)
- Ask for a rating after each conversation with a customer. When the problem has been resolved and the customer is satisfied, that is the right time to ask for a rating.
- Use email or social channels to communicate and connect with customers if necessary.
- Learn, use proficiently and understand the product to be able to solve problems when customers encounter them.
- Meeting with the whole team every Monday afternoon at the company
- Have good English communication skills with customers via chat (mainly US - UK customers)
- Have studied and have a background in information technology, proficiency in HTML/CSS is required
- Understanding of e-Commerce (priority given to those who have taken care of products on the Shopify platform or similar platforms). Having supported e-Commerce-specific apps or plugins is an advantage, especially page builder apps.
