Job details:
- Receive requests from departments and carry out recruitment activities including: analyzing recruitment requirements, searching for candidates, screening CVs, phone interviews, arranging interviews, etc.
- Actively coordinate with departments to carry out procedures for receiving new employees, and supporting new employees to integrate into the environment.
- Support other tasks of HR Department such as admin, building and developing company culture, building employer brand,...
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Human Resources.
Request:
- 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
- Have a diverse understanding of recruitment tools and recruitment channels
- Ability to communicate and present ideas in English (spoken and written)
- Actively build and create good relationships inside and outside the company
- Progressive attitude, eager to learn, want to develop yourself in the field of Human Resources
- Enthusiasm, fun, enthusiasm in activities that stir up the movement, company events

Regime:
- Salary: 10-15 million VND
