**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Livestream on TikTok/Shopee platform to introduce brands, promote products, answer customer questions and boost sales.
- Maintain a lively atmosphere throughout the live session, follow the available script and flexibly create content to attract viewers.
- Comply with platform and company regulations , ensure required working hours and achieve desired results.
- Coordinate with Video team to produce product promotional videos.
**WORKING TIME:
Live shifts will be arranged and sent by the company 1 week in advance. Work 6 days/week (1 day off, not fixed). Work rotating shifts, not fixed:
- Shift 9:00 - 18:00
- Shift 12:00 - 21:00
- Shift 16:00 - 24:00 (And may be later on big sale days).
Live 5-6 hours/day, divided into 2 live sessions. The remaining time can be returned early when there is no more work or to rest, sleep, play, support other work when necessary. Normally, priority is given to live 5 hours/day, on sales days, live later.
**On holidays and Tet, there are still live shifts and will be paid according to company policy (x3 salary).
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Priority is given to candidates with 3-6 months or more of livestreaming experience in various industries, especially on TikTok Shop or Shopee platforms.
- No experience No problem! The company has a professional training team, supporting training from basic to advanced.
- Good looking, aesthetic sense, know how to build an attractive personal image.
- Extroverted personality, active, cheerful, easy to get along with, not afraid of communication, not afraid of cameras.
- Passion for beauty, love of cosmetics and skincare is a big advantage.
