Job description
- Implement recruitment campaigns, company recruitment process, and interview support.
- Develop and complete salaries, bonuses, policies and remuneration for personnel in the enterprise.
- Collect data to evaluate personnel capacity, make training recommendations for new employees, and improve the capacity of old employees.
- Plan training, estimate costs for setting up training sessions, and conduct an overall assessment after the course.
- Update storage and management of candidate information
- Recruitment planning and personnel evaluation
- Directing appointments, dismissals, transfers, and resignations.
- Calculate tax salary and insurance benefits for employees
- Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
Job requirements
- University graduate majoring in human resource management, or similar majors,
- Have at least 1 year of experience in human resources or equivalent positions
